Identifying a Yahoo email account

Dear Forum,

I wonder if anyone can help me as Yahoo have not been very helpful.

Basically my situation is that I have received a number of emails from someone who I know to be my ex partner, however I'm trying to find out if I can prove that any emails I would have sent to a certain Yahoo address would have been forwarded to this person.

The reason for this is simple that I had an injuction order against myself which thankfully has expired, however if I made contact with this individual that repeatly emailed me, I would be typing this from Prison.

The emails were going originally via a Yahoo fitness forum, and then I was emailed direct.

I have tried various routes to trace the account but not really getting anywhere.

Would appreciate some help as in Court again next week, the Police have done nothing as look at me as the criminal and not the victim.

Thanks for your time,

Only yahoo can do this, and yahoo will not tell you anything, unless directed from a court of law. Even then, they might fight it...

Explain all this to your lawyer... and take copies of everything.

This forum (or any forum) is not a good place for legal advice. Matter of fact, the way the rules are here, this thread might be against the rules.

As mentioned above, this kind of issues do not belong on this forum. The advice above (to turn to Yahoo and your lawyer) is as much as you can get here.
