Free Email that not recycle username?

I have see that Microsoft and Yahoo recycle the username that are not used after some time, the only that actually don't make this practice is Google.

Do you know if iCloud recycle the username or if exist an email service that don't recycle username?

Thanks

Why is this important? If they recycle your username the new owner still won't be able to access your old emails. Personally I think reuse is a good thing, it prevents usernames from being forever unavailable to new users.

I think is better don't recycle username because If an user forfet to inform all the people, the new user that re register the recicled username will receive personal mail of another person

AFAIK those email services which recycle usernames do it only after some 6-12 months after the original account was closed.

BTW, if you move to a new (physical) address you are likely to receive an occasional snail-mail for the previous occupier. What you do with it depends entirely on your moral integrity. It's the same with email IMHO.

The best way to be sure your username isn't used by anyone in the future is to keep that email address active forever. If it's a free account this costs you nothing (except for the small cost of remembering to log in periodically so the account isn't automatically close for non-use). You can simply monitor the account for a year or two after you move away from it, and if nobody sends you a message in that interval it's not too important to keep it active. The same thing happens for postal snail mail, since the US Post Office will only forward mail to your new address for 12 months.

Yeah, the username I want is taken, and I don't think it's still in use.
