Migrating away from google (all mail)

Hi,

I'm mirgrating away from Google App.

Am I correct in thinking I just need the 'All Mail' folder?

As sent, archive etc are just duplicates of 'All Mail'?

All Mail has everything except Chats and Spam.
Though probably Chats too....

Also All Mail do not includes Trash folder!

Yes, you are correct. However All Mail does not include Spam, Trash, or Chats (just like debackerevgenii said)
