Runbox suggestion

It would be nice if a rich text signature could be added.

Thanks for your suggestion!

This has been high up on the wishlist for some time, so we decided to implement the change immediately. The signature field now takes HTML (it was plain text before), which also means we've updated everyone's signature to HTML (newline characters have been replaced with HTML-linebreaks).

As you can see the signature-editor has a few options for rich text such as bold and italic. We want to keep it as simple as possible, but please suggest other options that you think are important.

I have a suggestion too. How about a choice of color schemes? Doesn't have to be many, but 5-6 with the most common (red, green, brown, etc.). Blue is great, but it gets boring in the long run.

As a user of (ahem) "Brand F" I can second this being a good idea. Indeed this is one thing which seems to have vanished from my service, and I miss it.

No reaction from Runbox on this proposal? Separate CSS for the different color schemes, and a bit of photoshopping for bitmaps. Dropdown box to choose. It's a bit more involved, I know, but it would be great. How about it?

More "themes" for Webmail

Yes, we will add that soon. We have a white version ready.

Most likely this will not be launched before we do a re-arrangement on the URL-structure of our Webmail. What we plan to do is to move the different webmail versions to: webmail.runbox.*

Thanks for the suggestion -- this is certainly a feature we would like to have, and furthermore, allow for custom stylesheets. It's a bit involved since it requires that all color definitions (at least) are extracted from the templates to CSS, and although we've recently overhauled them we still have some definitions left.

If someone felt like helping out with the stylesheets and graphics we could probably make it work though...

White theme

This is actually an experimental, minimalistic interface and an alternative to the old fast.runbox.com version of RMM customized for smaller screens and lower bandwidths.

You can test it here, but it might not have all the latest functions or stay at this address for the long-term:

I use the regular Runbox interface when surfing from my phone. This looks like it's a better option for that. But make sure that it can be used with https. http://mobile.runbox.com does not support https.
