Email.it to discontinue forwarding for free accounts
The following message was forwarded from my email.it address today:
From: <emailinforma@email.it> Add Address Subject: Emailinforma numero 5. Important notice for all the users of the free Email.it account 1) starting from march the 9th, 2003, the "Forward" ("Inoltra" in italian) option will not available anymore. Should you have activated it, please cancel it by the "Opzioni" menu you'll find in the webmail. 2) We would remind you that all the free Email.it accounts are subject to an aging policy of 2 (two) months. This means that if you will not access (read) directly your Email.it account at least once every two months, it will be automatically cancelled. The cancellation process includes all the e-mail stored in our servers, the address book, any option you set and all the Email.it credits. The "aging" policy will affect only Email.it Free accounts. Email.it Pro accounts are not subject to any aging policy. Any eliminated account cannot be resumed (registered again) before 6 (six) months from the date it was last cancelled, excepted when: a) the previous user wants to resume it within the 6 months period (she or he must provide the last password to demonstrate their identity); b) any user wants to register that account as an Email.it Pro account. For any question, please do not reply to this address, but to support@email.it Regards, Simona Bozzoni Email.it Mktg Mgr |
