Outlook bcc ignores Runbox

When someone sends me an email via bcc in Outlook my Runbox mailaddress is ignored by Outlook, it has to be added by hand.
She sends an email to a group of people; all in bcc. Only my email address is ignored.

Who knows how to solve this?
(I don't use Outlook myself, so I can't test it.)

Just tested it. Works for me... Could it be in your junkmail?

No, I checked that.

And the problem occures before sending: Outlook refuses to select the Runbox address automatically.
