LOcked out

Yassir, I have been counting on fastmail to be an email without issues. I am dissapointed. I am still locked out of my associa email.I've filled in long support forms. Now, I'm told my ticket is closed due to inactivity. Well, it may be inactive, bcs you don't allow a response without log in. That's the whole problem. I can't log in. How can I respond & answer your long list of questions if I can't log in? I really need to access my email. This should not be happeniing. A system that answers a lock out by being locked out..... need I say more? I understand the need for security but lately, I've found the hackers geth in, while I'm locked out. of my own accounts This is security? Enough already. Puleeeees just fix it. thx Inventing Joy

I am not speaking on behalf of FM in general or Yassir in particular, but it would be helpful to either post the ticket number here, or send it via PM to Yassir (if you are sure it's him who deals with your problem).

Can you please let me know the ticket Id of the ticket you submitted? That will help me to track what's going on and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
