Upgraded Contacts interface

We’ve upgraded the Runbox Contacts section today, making it much easier to manage contacts:

Expandable contact group tree in the left-hand pane
Support for multiple groups per contact
Improved Add/Edit Contact window

We’re also planning to implement drag-and-drop functionality.

Any feedback welcome!

Looks good. Notes:
* When adding a new contact from the email view - the window isn't big enough really
* For some reason you can't add a nickname with brackets in them, but you can edit a nickname to add it. For example, I normally have my contacts as "Firstname Lastname (context)", where the context explains what account it is like work, uni, gmail... weird. It was a problem with the old contacts also...

There were some bugs which should be fixed now.
Also drag-and-drop has been added for easily copying multiple contacts from one group to another and a "Remove from group"-button for easily removing multiple contacts from a group.

Brackets are now allowed in the nickname.

We've noted that there are some problems on the new contacts page, mainly that it loads too slowly if you have many contacts. Sorry about this, we will fix it as soon as possible!
