Send articles though different gmail accounts

I have three gmail accounts for different purposes (personal, educational, and when required to use a web site). There is a way to select send/email an article from a newspaper through one of these accounts which allows you to choose wich account to use. I had this process on my computer before it crashed. I reloaded windows 11 but can no longer find the procedure on my desktop which allowed me to do this - nor can I find the site which told me how to do it. Any suggestions. Thanks

In the desktop version of Gmail you just click the little down arrow to the right of your name in the From section of the email composing window. Choose the email address you want to use, assuming that your Gmail account is set up to send from all three addresses. It's at the very top of the window when composing an email.

Works OK if in Gmail I guess, but what if you are in the newspaper and wish to send an article. There is away to do this and select the gmail account to use to send, but can not find the site that shows how.

Thanks but still not what I am looking for. Someone had an article showing what I want to do,, but if I bookmarked it, lost it when the computer went down
