Hello,
I had an account with you guys which expired. I paid yesterday via paypal, and it asks me to pay...AGAIN! I already received the Paypal confirmation order...and I have sent an email to support kindly asking for my account to be reinitiated, but it still has not...what is this? |

I believe Paypal payments take around 48 hours to be credited (it's done manually) so you probably received an automated payment reminder while waiting for the payment to process.

Ok. Thank you Edwin. It says on Paypal that the payment went through and I received a receipt, hence my hesitation.

Paypal may have processed the order but they send an email to Runbox which they then have to process. You're not the first to wonder what's going on after paying by Paypal. Runbox should probably state that Paypal orders may take a couple of days to process. It would save people a lot of frustration.
