Does anyone have an example of the Received headers from an email delayed by Fastmail?
This is an example of the last (i.e. top) two Received headers added to an outgoing email by Fastmail: Code:
Received: from compute4.internal (compute4.nyi.internal [10.202.2.44]) by mailforward.west.internal (Postfix) with ESMTP id B7BF21AC242A for <xxxxxxxxx@purelymail.com>; Mon, 3 Oct 2022 10:07:28 -0400 (EDT) Received: from imap49 ([10.202.2.99]) by compute4.internal (MEProxy); Mon, 03 Oct 2022 10:07:28 -0400 On balance I think the email in the example given by the OP was probably delayed by gmail. |

It works now. Support contacted me, I asked if he could speed up the process of the servers double-checking my outgoing mails in order to see if I am a spammer. Dunno if he sped it up or just time passed. But I know that it works now. Thanks for your help guys.
If this could be closed or even better deleted, please do so. I don't know how it works. |

I'm fairly sure this problem has been discussed previously, but it is a useful reminder for any future queries on the subject, and it's certainly more valid than some posts/threads on the forum.

Do you think paying for your account made the difference? It makes sense to delay outgoing mail for trial accounts to keep spammers and other miscreants from abusing them, but I can also imagine some spammers using stolen credit card info to try get past that safeguard.
