Email services supporting DNS-based spam blacklists (specifically scientificspam.net)

I'm on the market for a new email host (RIP Tuffmail) and I get a lot of science-related spam, so I'd like to use Scientific Spam's DNS-based spam lists ( https://www.scientificspam.net/?page_id=2 ). Do you know of any services that allow such a thing? I don't really want to run my own email server.

I eventually concluded, that, oddly, no such service exists. I asked the guys at scientificspam.net and even they didn't know of one. Anybody who's interested in providing a feature for their email service that can't be found anywhere else, take note.
