Email notification but without saving it in the Sent folder?

Hello,

I am sending email notification of important email to my work email address but since Sept 03, 2009, these notifications get saved in my Sent folder.

How can I prevent that to happen?

I want the notification to be sent out but without saving them in my Sent folder.

How can I modify my Sieve script to do the above?
