Thanks for suggesting that method to jennis.

I've always hated and resisted using dummy accounts, mostly out of stubbornness against the problem with the common definition of an "email account" including both incoming (IMAP, POP) and outgoing (SMTP) services. FastMail personalities and Mulberry identities are examples of how incoming and outgoing can be kept distinct without having to resort to using dummy accounts.
