Google Takeout can do auto backups to several cloud services
Takeout archives have a folder for each product you select. Gmail is mbox files for inbox, archive, and sent by default.
Currently Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Box. Just once or every two months for a year.
Problem with onedrive cannot preview zip files, so you have to download the whole zip.
