How would you move messages and folders from one email account to another?

Excite.com is ending email accounts at the end of the month. How would I move or transfer a dozen folders or hundreds of messages to one of my other email accounts?

Yes it has a search box but if I don't remember the sender or subject it doesn't help. Would be much easier if I could sort by date deleted.

When I click on Messages, or on an email, it can take 5 seconds or longer for anything to happen. No problems on other websites. Anyone else having this issue?
