New quota screens; monthly bandwidth now policed

You'll see on the Options screen 2 new quota links for looking at storage and bandwidth usage. The storage quota screen even shows #messages/unread by folder now (although of course we'll be putting this in the Mailbox screen shortly! ).

We're starting enforcing monthly bandwidth quotas now. You'll get sent a warning at 75% usage, and everytime you log in you'll see a warning at this point. At 100% you can still log in, but can't send/receive. At 150% of your quota, the only screen you can access is the Upgrade screen.

I think this looks good, but I see a problem on the Bandwith Usage page. It says "Click below for more information about bandwidth tracking:" and then there are bullets, but there is no text after the bullets. I assume that there is supposed to be information and not just bullets there. Otherwise, I think it looks good!

EsTester, what stylesheet and browser do you experience that with?

Lightbulb Detailed Breakdown Error

Hey -- just a note, whenever you click "Detailed Breakdown of Bandwidth", the new screen says that you'll find it below like it used to. However, the detailed breakdown no longer appears (day by day of how much of your bandwidth has been used). You probably already know about this error, but just a reminder :-)

Naturals and IE 6

Edit: I just tested it with Infinite Blackness, Dark on Light, Ocean, Red Zen, and Tan. The same thing happened on all of those.

It doesn't show up because the Bandwith was reset as of today because this is the first day the bandwith limits will actually be enforced. There is no history to show, so I assume that answers your question.

The 2 new quota screens are great.

What happens at 150% of quota? Can you use the account again the next month or do you have to first pay for the excess bandwidth used?

Estester, I've tried IE6 + Naturals and I can see the bullet points fine.

Anyone else can't see the bullet points on the bandwidth usage screen?...

I can see the bullet points, but not the text that goes along with them. This is what I see. I assume that there is supposed to be text with the points. Maybe I wrong and this whole issue is nothing, but I am not sure.

I can see the text in IE 6 using Smart Greens and Naturals. Maybe it's fixed now. Etester, can you see it now?

It still doesn't show for me. I looked at the code and this is what shows up where the unordered list is.

Code:
<font size="-1"><ul>
<li></li>
<li></li>
<li></li>
<li></li>
</ul>
I don't know what the problem could be. Maybe it will just resolve overnight or something.

You should see text and a bandwidth breakdown...

Estester, could you email us your FastMail.FM username and a link to this thread, and let us know if we can log into your account to look into this?

I see the bandwith breakdown under it, I just didn't include that in the screen shot. I just can't see the text after the bullets. I am just assuming that there should be text after the bullets. Everything else is fine other then that. Should I send my account details to webmaster@?

I think I know--in Account Preferences, do you have "Popup '?'" turned off?

Yes and when I turned it on everything was fine. Thank you for your help. I wonder why that is though. You should probably fix it because I bet I am not the only one with it off. Thanks for you super support as always.
