SPAM increase
I've notice a sharp increase in SPAM in the last number of weeks - has anyone else?
Also, a lot more false positives than there used to be. Just commenting because I've noticed... |

Yeah I agree, apart from the false positives (I generally don't even look, but I had to double check after you mentioned it heh)

SpamAssassin or DSPAM
Can you check the headers of those emails? Was it SpamAssassin or DSPAM that was mistaken?

I just checked the last batch of false-positives (30 of them) and they seem to be all Spam Assassin.

I'm still having quite a number of false positives every day, even though I take the time to mark them 'not spam' in an attempt to train the filters.
I encourage everyone to review their Junk folders for mislabeled spam and not just delete the entire contents. |

We've found a possible misconfiguration in SpamAssassin that might have let more spam through than it should -- we're working on fixing this and making other improvements.
