Yahoo mail restore
A dumb move on my part (yesterday afternoon) caused me to lose two years worth of mail from my Yahoo 'sent mail' folder. A quick search revealed this link. As I was really wanting this mail back I used the link and was pleased to have my account restored, to the state it was about an hour before I messed it up. It took a few hours but my account was back to normal by this morning, along with a nice message from the support person who expedited this.
I mention this only because I was unaware of this super Yahoo service and thought that others might also have need for it (at some point in time) Hopefully not  |

That's good to know. I've been trying to come up with reasons to continue my Yahoo! account. Customer service items like this help.
