Runbox and Incredimail

I have been using Increidmail with my runbox account for the longest time. Tongiht I am getting and error message:
Socket Error: 10061, Port: 110, Protocol: POP.No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
I have no idea what this means.
Please if some one know could you please assist me.

I would suggest checking firewall or antivirus software. Try to disable it and see if it works then?
