The above site might help a bit faster... if no one answers here.

I'll download to test... but I see this potentially crippling outlook '07... at least other downloads have.

Does look interesting though... will be fun to test.

I'm requesting a download... if I get into the system before you, I'll send you a pm... I'd appreciate the same, if you can.

edit:

yea, it looks like a performance hit... if you believe these people:

Just posted a request.

I think this type of thing would be great for work. I'm on a few projects that have different players involved -- I always seem to forget who's on what.

Ok... had to install to get the invites.... pm your email and I'll send you one, if you need it.

So far I've been watching this "trying to connect to net" for about 10 minutes... maybe chocking on my large test accounts... which are smaller than my real accounts. I'll give it a chance though.

If anyone else wants an invite, send me a pm.... I only have five....

edit: ok, had to reboot... seems to be going fairly smooth now... it is rather impressive.

I sent the link...

To everyone:

Do not send me your email address... I don't need it.

Just send a PM and I'll send you the link for the download.

I have two left...

While I'm at it, my current thoughts on the program.

Well, I've used it off and on last week and this week... can't say it is better than regular windows search 3.1 (or that google desktop search).

I had a couple of lockups in outlook... sometimes program would become non responsive. This is a beta product though... so you have to keep that in mind. The reports and other info... I go back and forth on whether they help me or not. I'm not even sure this program can help me organize outlook any better than what I already have with folders. Nice reports, but not anything that can help me.

Dunno, others may disagree...

If they could build the program to have no impact on the speed and reliability of outlook, then it might be worth looking at. As it stands, I've all but stopped using it. In addition, there is a security concern since they hook into your email box. Unfortunately, I won't use this for my business emails... not yet... maybe in the future if I change my mind on the company.

Not sure how they get the rank... it is way, WAY off.

I don't have anymore...

Please DO NOT send me a PM asking....

My last thoughts on the program:

Nice, but not something I'd use in a work environment just yet. I've not used this since the last time I wrote about it. In other words, there is nothing here that is a "must have" for me at this point. Don't get me wrong, for people who might need this, it is great, but for those who don't, not a point to bother with it.

My "off cuff" remark: I think this program is about 4 years too late.

Xoboni:

Today is an exciting day for everyone at Xobni. After seven months of invite-only beta, and over two years of product development, we’re proud to announce that Xobni is now publicly available for anyone to download.
