Runbox down 4:45PM EST, East Coast

Connection refused for a few runbox friends of mine including me.
What happened to that 99.7% uptime promise?

Update: using the secure protocal, it works fine. (https://)

Well, at 99.7% uptime they are "allowed" ~1.1 days of downtime per year...while they seem to go down frequently, luckily it's never for to awefully long (knock on wood)

What I don't understand is that everytime their mail goes down, their website goes down as well and with that all communciation of the outage. If there was seperate servers, at least we coudl see a notice posted as to the cause and status (such as on fastmail.us service).

Well, they are working on it ..

Just checked the service status and this what it says:

https://www.runbox.com/twiki/bin/vie.../ServiceStatus

Service Status
We're having technical difficulties and the web interface is currently unavailable.

We're working on it and expect to be back online shortly.

Regards, Jordi

That's why they usually post a status here too.

Wouldn't that be EDT? Unelss you're in parts of Indiana but that wouldn't be East Coast.
