Runbox down?

Is there a problem with runbox.com at the moment?

Got chucked out a couple of minutes ago.
Can't seem to get in again.

We're looking into it -- please use https://beta.runbox.com meanwhile.

I'm getting the same 'unable to connect to server' message with Beta.

That's very odd -- http://beta.runbox.com should not be affected in any way. Could any of you try a traceroute to that address if you continue to have problems?

We're working on getting www.runbox.com back up -- it shouldn't be long now!

Sorry, I'm behind a firewall that doesn't allow ICMP. Anyone else?

When I try https://beta.runbox.com I get the log in screen up, when I enter my details it fails.

When I click on "submit" from the beta site, it actually tries to go a location not within beta:

http://www.runbox.com/mail/?last_login=............................

If I then manually adjust the URL, and change it to

http://beta.runbox.com/mail/?last_login=............................

it works.

So beta does work at the moment, but the log in page on beta tries to get into the normal runbox page.

Does this make sense or help anyone??

Ps:

Should maybe add this detail:
The login screen do come up on beta.runbox.com - it's when you hit "Log In" you get the connection failure.

We're back up now -- really sorry about that! It seems a server was taken down to be moved when it shouldn't have.

By the way, you will get redirected back to http://www.runbox.com/mail if you're using the old RMM4 instead of the new RMM5 Webmail. You can switch versions after logging in by using the button at the bottom left or by going straight to http://beta.runbox.com/mail?version=new.

Erhm... I can log in on https:secure.runbox.com, but when I click any mail in my inbox, I get "500 Internal Server Error".

The Beta thing works, as per the desciption above.

Ascanius: Are you still having problems? There were some problems with storage access after the server was restarted, but they should be resolved as of 13:15 CET.
