Windows 7 program for EML to PDF conversion?

Anyone know one for serious professional use?

Must take 100's of EMLs and deliver individual PDFs.

I've tried many email clients but found none batch-output individual files.

I've tried many desktop and online converters but none that handle attachments, accurately respect timezone and addresses, and refrain from decorative colouring and footering etc
