download eml files

In runbox can I select a folder and download all the messages in EML format? I'm currently able to do this in fastmail. If not then I'll see if there is a program that will do it.

I am sorry. This isn't possible at this time. You can do so using an email app. Thunderbird and Windows Mail both are helpful.
