Gmail not forwarding to Blackberry

Hello,
I am trying to set up a filter to forward certain email to my Blackberry. The filter I am using is in the subject line, but it does not forward.

I did the "Test" search to check my criteria and it worked fine. I also sent an email to the Blackberry directly and it worked fine. Also, I am not exceeding the "forwarding" limit of 2.

Can anyone help me out, here?

Thanks in advance,
Jake

I don't personally know of anyone who has email forwarded to their BlackBerry. All of those I know, myself included, have their mail pushed to their BlackBerry, in which case it pushes everything other than spam.

re:Gmail not forwarding

Hi,
I hear what you are saying, but not sure what you are trying to communicate. If I send an email from Gmail to Blackberry, it arrives. What I am trying to do is say that IF an email is sent to Gmail with a certain word in the subject, then send it to Blackberry from Gmail, as if I were composing it from Gmail only.

What is the difference between "sending" to BB, or "forwarding" to BB?
I'm still not sure why this doesn't work. What am I not getting?

With Blackberry, you enter the account details on your device and your mail is delivered by push technology. There is no "sending to" or "forwarding to" Blackberry. Plus, Gmail has wireless sync with Blackberry. Your post makes no sense whatsoever.

reGmail not forwarding

It would be extremely beneficial if you hid your rudeness and extend some courtesy.

To me, your reply equally does not make sense. If you are trying to call me stupid, then so be it. Feel better?

Learn some manners, please.

How exactly are you forwarding the message Jake. Are you forwarding to an account that is setup (in your email settings) in your Blackberry. Are you using BIS or BES?

I doubt I could be of much help, since I don't have, and have never used, a Blackberry. But when you say a "forwarding limit of 2" -- 2 what? I'm not clear on what limit you're referring to.

Of course, it may be that it merely "makes no sense whatsoever" to you because you don't understand it. Therefore, it might be somewhat more polite to ask for clarification rather than simply saying it "makes no sense whatsoever."
