(www)FastMail Down?

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm not able to access www.fastmail.fm ATM.

Whilst I am able to access and traceroute blog.fastmail.fm, tracerouteing to www.fastmail.fm yields the following results (FYI I reside in the UK):

For the third day running, I can't get through on my first few attempts. Anyone else having problems?

I' was getting a 'timed out' error from IE but now it's gone further coming up with the annyoing MSN
"We can't find "www.fastmail.fm" screen.
(I was also getting this from the beta site)

Unfortunately, with my memory this means I can't link to the blog, nor file for support and I even had to use yahoo to find myself back to this forum!

At least it's back to the 504 Gateway Timeout now - which at least implies the domains are current!

I too have managed to login once during the course of the last half hour or so but I know what you guys mean, this is getting beyond a joke.

This problems _looks_ to be related to NYI IMHO but suffice to say, the Exchange 2003 Servers at work are more reliable than FM at the moment and thats saying a lot!

I couldn't log in last night, and have not yet been able to log in this morning - the connection to fastmail.fm times out. I've been trying since around GMT 0900. The IMAP server still seems to be OK, though.

Despite multiple posts on the forums last night about problems, and continued outage this morning, the status blog is *still* giving the impression that everything is fine

Intermittent timeouts with IMAP this morning (from the UK) and now the web interface is down as well.

I've been pretty patient thus far, but these reliability issues are starting to annoy me.
