Webmail with IMAP collection?

I suspect my ISP is having a problem with Fastmail at the moment as I can access my account using my mobile phone's ISP.

Does anybody know a webmail service that could allow IMAP collection of my Fastmail emails so I can access them without going directly to Fastmail?

Looks like http://www.tuffmail.com/ does what I want "POP3/IMAP/Hotmail mailbox polls - TLS/SSL" but you have to pay

http://demo.atmail.com/ does exactly what I'm looking for. Only works with IE for me though.

You can get a free trial account with Tuffmail that's fully functional

Try mail2web
Click on the "advanced login" for IMAP access.
