Reply attribution time offset (%z) base?

Hi,

I just noticed that the reply attribution puts the time offset in New Zealand as +12:00. Currently, the time offset from UTC is +13:00.

What is the base of the time offset in the Fastmail reply attribution?

Actually, New Zealand is +12 now, DST doesn't apply until end of month.

So, my bad.
