Unfortunately, some of these newsletter converts don't really "get" email newsletters. They send clickbait headlines with vague teaser text that requires you to click through to their advertising-laden website that ruins the experience. In some cases, the teaser only takes you to a clickbait paragraph that then requires you to subscribe to read the rest of the article. The ones I like provide you with one or more "real" articles that are of interest, and of course links to other material.
