I set up an account with a four character username and confirmed that the account can send and receive messages properly. They provide 100 MB of email storage and it’s a pretty simple webmail system. I find it to be interesting that their help describes their system as a service which logs into your existing email account, but the email service I signed up for is a free independent email service. They just use my existing email account as a recovery backup.
Now I have set up a second account with a different four character username. You must use a different recovery address to set up more than one account. Of course, with aliases and subdomain addresses (Fastmail) that’s easy. Bill Last edited by n5bb : 25 Dec 2021 at 08:22 AM. Reason: Set up second account with results |

Is this company backed by a secure and financially stable investor, which would indicate they are likely to be around for a long time?
I used to try a lot of new email services once, but got tired of losing stored mails due to a service disappearing relatively soon (happened several times). So I am still curious to try new services, subject to them likely staying around for the long haul. |
