We're back!

Now just wait for the mail spool to clear. Should be 30 minutes...

Hopp! Off again.

Edit: Sorry 'bout that. Seemed a minor hiccup when I deleted a message.

Who was it that was showing dissatisfaction with fastmail in the other thread, after moving from hotmail?? (sorry about the bad language!)

Just wanted to ask.... what level of support would you have got from msn if they had a server problem? think we all know the answer to that one. It was just bad timing joining when you did, stick with it, you will soon change your mind!

With all the respect to FastMail, Microsoft doesn't charge for Hotmail service, and besides, they think they own the world...

Depends what level of service you want, msn do charge for more storage space etc, and besides, fastmail DO offer an alternative free service too!

I agree with Malc. My business relies on Fastmail 24x7 and I'm still standing by FM. The downtime, when it occurs on a very infrequent basis, is acceptable. I haven't lost any customers because of Fastmail. Moreover, my support questions get addressed (enhanced membership is well worth every penny).

This morning, I simply had a longer breakfast and talked to my kid a bit more. How terrible was a half hour or so wait?!?

Keep up the great work!

James
