gmail spam filter false positive

I am the moderator of a tech list, this list is very active, there are xx messages every day.
Gmail classify most of the list messages into spam folder. This really annoy me.
It's funny that this list is using google groups as provider.
Do you have any suggestions?

Relax a group’s spam controls
Sign in to Google Groups.
Click the name of a group.
On the left, click Group settingsand thenPosting policies.
Under Spam message handling, select Post suspicious messages to the group.
Click Save changes.
