When asking for advice on spam filtering failures, including false positives, it is useful to post the full headers (with obfuscated identity) for one or two of the emails that are affected. There are particular reasons why mailing list messages can end up with a high spam score, but seeing the headers can help confirm whether you have hit these.

If you have not done so, consider adding the sender email for the mailings to your address book to whitelist messages from there.

I originally misread the headers. It does not seem as though the message is failing spam checks. Is it ending up in trash or the spam folder? Anyway, I think something other than spam filtering is the cause of the problem.

The normal (and custom) spam filter by default only files spam into the Spam folder, not Trash. Look at the a Spam Protection screen Advanced preferences and see if you changed any setting to Trash. As BritTim pointed out, that message has a zero spam score and you should use address book whitelisting.

My guess is that you have a normal or custom sieve rule causing this issue.

If there was a bug that was filing messages with a spam score of 0.0 into the spam folder that affected Fastmail users generally, we would have soon heard about it. If, as Bill suggested, you do not have a rule that is causing this, perhaps it is time to carefully check your custom spam settings for something odd. Alternatively, maybe bad drag and drop behavior is hurting you.

some of them as 0.0 , 2.3 ...

hum... maybe i clicked on spam button instead of delete but 100% of them was unread and some others are messages i tend to always open...

I agree it can be my fault, i will check now every 3 days and see what will happend... but now i indicated them "no-spam message" so it can helps to avoid the automatic spam detecting...

Have you checked your rules? And do you have any custom sieve rules?

Since I do not believe the issue is standard spam filtering, the No Spam button is not going to help. Depending on the sieve code that is responsible, whitelisting by adding the sender of the newsletter to your address book may fix it.

I would suggest going to Settings->Rules and clicking Edit custom sieve code (bottom right). Carefully trace the sieve script logic to see if you can figure it out.

I used better: the fastmail sieve tester https://www.fastmail.com/cgi-bin/sievetest.pl

Computed MAIL FROM envelope: lopinion@info.lopinion.fr
Computed RCTP TO envelope: xxxx@fastmail.fm
filing message into 'INBOX.Folder'

A real spam message (spam score: 8.9) give that

Computed MAIL FROM envelope: vzst.Microsoft@hinet.net
Computed RCTP TO envelope: xxxxx@fastmail.fm
keeping message

and was automaticcaly placed on spam folder.

Does the "INBOX.Folder" with the same exact case, actually exist? If not, when the real message delivery occurs, the behavior of the script could be different.

I like to look at the sieve script myself, and ask questions of myself such as if this test fails, what would happen then?

Try just using INBOX don't mention the folder part in your script.
