Inserting photos into body of email message

Can anyone explain to me how to insert a photo into the body of my Runbox email message (instead of having it as a separate attachment)? Thanks!

For the record: there is a dedicated Runbox subforum here, which would be a better place for this question. Maybe a helpful moderator will move this thread there.

Back to the real issue: you may be pleased (or displeased) to know that over 10 years ago a Runbox representative said

Thanks for the information, even though it's quite disappointing. I'm learning that Runbox is an extremely clunky way to do email. If it doesn't modernize its service, I'll have to go back to using gmail.
