Search email attacments?

Looking for a way to search attachemnts i have on my webmail fastmail account. Any somewhat fast way to do this?

I depends on what you mean by "search attachments".

If you want to find all messages with attachments, use the search string has:attachment (or the Advanced search with Has attachment of type: Any).
If you want to find messages with certain attachment types, use the search string filetype:image|document|spreadsheet|presentation|pdf (or the Advanced search with the appropriate attachment type selected).
This is documented in Fastmail help.
You can also search for the filename of attachments and the message body contents, subject, and header contents.
But you can't search the content of attachments, since this would be very slow and would take a very large amount of resources if you had many attachments.
