I suggest you edit Eumx's support-mail in your post. There's a reason why people don't post their email in public forums - spam.

generic addresses like "support" and "postmaster" automatically get spam, so it doesn't matter if they're published or not.

Correct!
I definitely didn't tell the spammer anything he didn't know already.
I once owned a domain which was a unique Hebrew name (completely meaningless in English) and started getting spam ( info@domain.tld, support@domain.tld. office@domain.tld etc) two weeks after I created the domain.

That is strange

Every time I contacted their support (by mail) I received an answer in less than 24 hours.

Sorry, if we missed to reply to any of your emails. We probably didn't got them and we will investigate our logs to find out why was that happen.

Drat. As long as he dropped by, I was hoping fabule would also provide a brief update for us on the progress of the new platform and when we can look forward to trying the new AfterLogic interface!
