Yup. That's why my main ESP is a paid one.

The Zoho IMAP problem seems to have been fixed a very short time ago, after several days of bad email service and bad human responses - though I'm reporting he latter second hand, from their forum.

Zoho also offers paid service, though it was probably affected as well.

yes, i confirm it, even in their "normal" condition the email won't come in time... always come late about 5 minutes, even my email regulary came in 8 hours...

i have to find paid service...

Turns out that the original server problems have not been cured, and the customer support problems also: See their forum.
