Good question. No change in the Status message since it was posted 7+ hours ago. I still can't access my missing folders. I thought fastmail had replicated servers that we would be brought up on in minutes when a problem like this occurred. I guess not.

Good job; I am pleased to hear you are back in buiness Img These oversights (that appear to be small problems) at Fastmail are what annoy me most. They are a major problem for the few (who are affected) who have to put up with what appears to be an oversight by the administrators (and techs) of the service. A lack of quality control (IMO)
