When you apply the new product to the sub-account the upgrade is immediate. However, if you are not seeing the new product I suggest you contact Support so we can look in to this.

It's all set now, thank you.

It really should not be so convoluted, though.

(Now, for extra points. )

Is there a way to migrate another IMAP account from the account portal?

I know about IMAPSync, but would prefer not to have my local bandwidth used for the migration.

Thank you.

Hello. You can use the IMAP Import features in each account to move mail from a non-Runbox account to a Runbox account. The other account does need to support IMAP though of course.

If you want to migrate from Runbox to Runbox there is a slightly different way to do that and we might need to help you with that.

Thank you, dbowdley!

It's already done.

I ended-up using IMAPSync, but not on my computer. Instead, I ran it on a remote FreeBSD micro VPS instance. It worked like a charm.

Hopefully, I won't need to migrate mail again in the foreseeable future.

I really appreciate your taking your valuable time to assist me.
