It doesn't support session SSL connections so, no matter how great the interface is, it's no good for me.

(By the way I do think the interface is the best, although a bit slow).

For me the new beta is very slow, virtually unusable.

Totally agree. I have 8mb broadband connection and it still feels slow. Dial-up must be a nightmare.

I'v been on it for a while now. It is ok (Yes, I'm an "ok" vote).

No IMAP still, so kinda worthless for me, except for services that it does good to have a yahoo account (IM).

Also, don't you get a KICK at how Yahoo and MS never show the HUGE ads they include in the webmail?

They know that would turn people off if they advertised it with a huge banner going down the side....

As someone who was transferred to yahoo mail beta as a former Oddpost subscriber, it has proven to be a great disappointment to me.

About the only thing I like is Drag and Drop.

Without IMAP I find it hard to give it serious consideration.

Have they added Opera support? I hate having two or three browsers open just to get everything done.

I'm just waiting for it to be widely offered to Yahoo Business Email accounts, and to co-branded ISP DSL mail accounts (ex. AT&T Yahoo DSL).

That and IMAP support

I have not tried it in the last few weeks, but I did use it for a month or so. One complaint I had, which I did not see mentioned, was that there was no column for Size. This is something I expect to see, and that I need to sort on at times.

so I switch back to regular mode on yahoo.

for hotmail beta, I also switched back due to beta
adding "tag" to my out going email.

About few years back, I complained about something
but some how they mistaken my account as paid and
since then tag on the mail is gone from my hotmail
account except when I switch to beta which I don't
use.
