Hope you get back with RackSpace asap. They seem to offer quite awesome support and uptime, from what I hear.

Best of luck,
Trip

P.S. Also, if you could pm me when your webmail URL is working, then I can start up host-tracker for you again. Thanks!

Is the support at RackSpace really good?

I do know that it has to be better than at Ev1!!!

We told them repeatedly the we had an intermintent hardware problem. It took over a month for them to beleive us, which resulted in small access outages.

When they finally said they would move our drives into another machine it took over 3 hours!

With the new hardware everything is golden!

Our mail routing machine, located at ThePlannet, has always been rock solid so I haven't had to talk to the support guys there!

I'm looking forward to seeing a good uptime number next month!

Funny (sorta) part of our issues are with Ev1, they are a pain in the a** to deal with. 30% of DirectUES (UES's Peer-to-Peer server backbone that runs webmail) is at Ev1, and lets just say the hardware sucks and so does support.

Im just glad were moving EVERYTHING to Rackspace!

Any sign of a June report, or did I miss something?

Please note that monitoring for the following services has been disabled indefinitely:
LunarisMail.info (due to reconstruction of their service)
Imap4All.com (due to cgi pages that have generated too many false alerts)

Why wasn't Mail2world.com not among them?
