Hope you get back with RackSpace asap. They seem to offer quite awesome support and uptime, from what I hear.

Is the support at RackSpace really good?
I do know that it has to be better than at Ev1!!! We told them repeatedly the we had an intermintent hardware problem. It took over a month for them to beleive us, which resulted in small access outages. When they finally said they would move our drives into another machine it took over 3 hours! With the new hardware everything is golden! Our mail routing machine, located at ThePlannet, has always been rock solid so I haven't had to talk to the support guys there! I'm looking forward to seeing a good uptime number next month! |
