Feature request: Attachment download in top menu

Hi,

Currently I have to scroll to the very bottom of the entire email thread to download an attachment.

Can you move the attachments widget to the TOP of the email view instead of at the bottom?

It's a pain to scroll down every time, especially for long threads.

It would be very convenient to have a icon based shortcuts (without text) at the right upper hand corner next to the create new message icon, which is the only one up there at this point.
