Unable to Post Less Than 10 Char
I tried to post to the One Word Story thread and got the following error message:
"The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 10 characters." The post previous to mine was only 5 characters, so I don't understand why I'm getting this message. I haven't posted in a long time....is that the problem? |

Actually what they're doing is adding dots making them the color of the background like >
word ........ Now if you quote this post just to see it you can see how it looks. Sherry |

This minimum came about when Edwin upgraded the forums in Feb 2007. The dot workaround is what people have been using since that time.

But people could always post it as "<AOL>Me too!</AOL>", as I've sometimes seen.

Sorry, I'm Back
Not that I'm sorry I'm back, but sorry I took so long replying.
For some reason I don't understand, I cannot access this website with my laptop computer but I can with my desktop, which I don't use as often anymore. But anyway, thanks to all who responded and especially to Sherry who explained the reason well. |
