Not sure I even knew what Twitter was back eight years ago. I have an account now. I don't use it much. I just followed that account so you can make that 44.

I follow EMD on Twitter and have enjoyed the heads up about interesting posts and stories. I use Twitter like an instant news service. If I don't like someone's posts I unfollow them immediately and therefore see very little dreck in my feed. The key is to always use "Latest Tweets" view and never use their algorithmic feed that wants to send you enraging Tweets. Twitter is great for breaking political news, weather alerts, traffic alerts, etc. Plus, I follow a select group of interesting people that Tweet interesting stuff. Nice to be able to curate your own feed.
