Calendar events list ??
I've searched but found nothing re how to view a list of my calendar events.
What am I missing? Surely this can't be reality - please tell me there is a way. |

In a PC browser you can select "by Upcoming" to view a list of upcoming events. (Click "by Month" to open the drop-down menu.)
In the mobile App, if you touch a day in the monthly calendar, the agenda view appears, which provides a list of events. |

Seems strange that a paper calendar hanging on the wall has more features than a "smart" calendar on my computer. What's wrong with this picture? |

Another weird thing - after adding several calendar events - none are indicated when viewing the future months when the events were scheduled. ???
So any and all events are invisible - un-viewable and unknown. Seriously, I must be missing something obvious. |

So when using view "by Month", are you saying that you cannot see future events when viewing the month in question? Even though you have added events in those future months?

When adding an event, you have to chose if its weekly, monthly or yearly. Also I think you only get a view of events in each month I dont think there is a yearly list option.

Yes, that is correct. I have tried this both in Firefox and Chrome browsers. Any events I add are "invisible". ???

When I navigate to a future month, I can see the calendar events that have been added for that month. These events that are invisible - are they in a calendar that has not been selected to be visible under the drop-down menu "Some Calendars" ? |

However, events displayed on the calendar are nearly invisible due to the dark blue (or purple) letters on a very dark grey background. Nearly impossible to see. Went to "Settings" but do not see any way to change colors or font for calendar. See here -> Calendar Events Last edited by unbob : 28 Jan 2019 at 03:09 AM. |

If you're going to use the Dark theme, then you'll probably need to choose bright colours for the calendars. When in Calendar, go to "Settings" using the Calendar drop down menu. A window will open with a button at the top that says "+ Create calendar" Also listed underneath will be your existing calendars with a button the "Edit & Share" Click the button "Edit & Share" for one of the calendars. A new page is presented showing the name of the calendar and other attributes. Now.... Next to the name is a drop down menu to change the colour of the calendar. Try various colours to see how they display in your calendar. Alternatively, use a light theme for your email & calendar. |
