As part of a coming, major upgrade we're making some changes to the server infrastructure, and while deploying a new fiber optic switch we have encountered some unforeseen problems.
This causes all services to be intermittently unavailable to some users, but we're working hard to resolve the problems and operations should normalize shortly. - Geir |

Would this include getting the following message when trying to open an email? "Error: The message could not be opened. Please see Service Status for possible server problems, or contact Runbox Support at support(at)runbox.com." That's happening to me whenever I try to read a message.
BTW, I recommend you update the Service Status page. I checked there first (the link was provided in the above error message) but the last update is from July 23rd. |

Yes, that is correct.
We were about to update the Service Status page (thanks for checking), but the problems already seem to have been resolved. Please let us know if you're still getting errors. - Geir |
