See FastMail's Email forwarding doc. If using directly in Sieve it's the redirect email-address command.

Go to settings. Rules then you select new rule, or you can do it ih the advanced section and use sieve script.

something like if anyof
(header:contains ["to","cc", "X-Delivered-to"] "terry@nuts.com" ){
redirect "me@outlook.com";
stop;
}

Just change email addresses to what you require.
Also you can change stop to keep; if you want to keep the email
