Question Cannot send Fastmail emails from IPhone!

My wife has no trouble receiving emails on her IPhone but she cannot send emails from her IPhone. When she sends an email from her Iphone she gets the following message on her phone: Unable to send email. A copy has been placed in your Outbox. The recipient "xxxx@fastmail.fm" was rejected by the server because it does not allow relaying.

She nor I have any idea what this means or how to fix it so she can send emails from her Iphone.

Note: for her privacy I x'd out the first part of her email address above.

That message indicates a problem with the email settings. Check the outgoing server name, that authentication required is set, the user name, the password, the port number, and whether SSL was used.

Not sure this is relevant, but apparently the new iOS11 update has broken email sending via Microsoft. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technolog...ending-emails/
