I think the majority of people don't need a test for this.

For me, it's a work in progress sadly enough. I know that without a test. For the sake of it, I took the test, and result was: So And So

Nah! I'm doing OK... but not much more than that.

I think perhaps there's a cultural bias built into the test, marking down Americans, who generally seem to be much more self-analytical and self-critical than us unreflecting, mustn't-grumble, unimaginative English folk.
